- To send class-related information when you book a trial.
- To meet legal obligations (e.g. safeguarding records).
Who we share it with
- Resend, our email delivery provider. They process form submissions on our behalf to deliver them to our inbox.
- ClassForKids. When you book a class on their platform, your booking data is held by them under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months unless we need to keep them longer to fulfil a service or legal obligation. Student records are kept for the duration of enrolment plus seven years.
Your rights
