These terms govern your use of the Stand-Out Theatre School website and our classes, camps and events. By booking with us you agree to them.

About us

Stand-Out Theatre School operates from 12B Burnbank Road, Falkirk, FK2 7PE. You can reach us at hello@standouttheatreschool.co.uk or 07359 574309.

Bookings and payment

Class bookings and payments are handled by ClassForKids on our behalf. Their terms and conditions apply at the point of payment. Trial classes are free; recurring monthly fees begin on enrolment.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a recurring enrolment with one month’s notice.
We don’t refund missed individual classes, but you’re welcome to make up a class in another suitable group when space allows.
Camp fees are non-refundable within seven days of the camp start date.

Behaviour

We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents and staff. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if they put others or themselves at risk.

Photography and social media

We sometimes take photos and short videos for our own promotion. You can opt out at any time by emailing us. We’ll keep a record and make sure your child doesn’t appear in future material.

Liability

We take safeguarding and safety seriously and carry appropriate insurance. Within the limits permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property left at the studio.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change whenever we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
